Our hause is situated in a sunny, calm place, with an impressive view of the village and the Dolomite mountains.
Within 100 m you find the “Resciesa” Cable car and the next bus stop. You reach the "Seceda" cable car in a 5-7 min walk. This is the start of the famous “Sella Ronda” ski tour.
In summer Cësa Zotlin is an excellent starting point for hikes and excursions.
The centre/heart of the village, where you can find stores, restaurants, bars and other attractions and shows, is also reachable within few minutes by foot.

Cesa Zotlin is located on the sunny side of Ortisei, the main village of the Val Gardena in the heart of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage.
From our apartments you have a spectacular view over the hole village and the surrounding mountains.
Within a few minutes walk you can reach the centre , the “Raschötz” cable car, the bus station and the “Seceda” cable car. From the “Seceda” cable car you can reach many other skiing facilities and its also the start of the “Sella Ronda” which is a beautiful ski/snowboard tour.
